4. Loan Terms

• The loan amount is subject to approval based on the Company’s credit assessment.
• Interest rates vary based on the type of loan and the borrower’s credit profile. The applicable interest rate will be disclosed prior to the disbursement of the loan.
• Repayment terms, including the schedule and method, will be outlined in the loan agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional fees and penalties as specified in the loan agreement.
• In case of default, the Company reserves the right to take legal action and report the default to credit agencies.

5. Fees and Charges

• The Company reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.
• All fees and charges associated with our services, including but not limited to processing fees, late fees, and early repayment fees, will be disclosed in the loan agreement or service contract.

6. Use of Personal Information

• The Company collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the application process and throughout the duration of the loan or service.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring timely repayment of loans and other financial obligations.
• Clients must notify the Company immediately of any changes in their contact information or financial situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The Company’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of High Court of Telangana.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana.

10. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any service to any Client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Upon termination, any outstanding obligations to the Company must be settled immediately.
